Hi, I’m Bina. I’m a licensed massage therapist specializing in Myofascial Release Therapy, a personal trainer and certified CrossFit Coach, a certified nutritionist, and a long time yoga student and teacher. I’m passionate holistic health and getting people back into balance through integrating multiple layers of wellbeing. I believe there is value in working closely with one person and developing a relationship that can help you reach your goals. Fascia is a complex web of layers and the journey to fascial health requires us to address different pillars of health together. The main teaching of fascia is that there is no separation. Your fitness is not separate from your recovery, and your recovery is not separate from your diet. Having a coach who understands this and is able to create plans based that allow for full integration is vital for long term success!
